1. Structural features: Adopting a diaphragm box or variable cross-section diaphragm box structure,with two metal diaphragms welded to form a sealed cavity.The variable cross-section design uses gradient thickness or special corrugated structure to achieve force value conversion through the elastic deformation of the diaphragm under pressure, thereby optimizing stress distribution.

2. Core advantages: The overall structure is extremely compact and small with a low height, making it suitable for equipment with strict space constraints. It can accurately detect force values and can be directly connected to the control system to achieve closed-loop force control.

3. Installation advantages: Suitable for narrow spaces such as robotic arm joints and headphone touch controls,support multiple installation methods such as slot and screw mounted.

4. Dynamic performance: The dynamic response frequency is lower than 200Hz, which can meet the dynamic force monitoring needs in most scenarios such as industrial automation production lines and medical equipment, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of data collection.
